人物简介  |   Personal Profile

刘夏（RunKey Liu），国际华文媒体传播策划人，现任环球评报马来西亚全媒体中心社长，长期从事国际传播、华文媒体合作及中国—东南亚文化交流领域的实践与研究。

早年毕业于中国军队院校，并在军队服役数年。转业后先后在中国劳动部、北京市经委及国际招标企业等机构工作。随后赴香港发展，正式进入传媒行业，历经传统纸媒、电视媒体、网络媒体的发展阶段，并持续参与多媒体、融媒体与新媒体传播实践。

多年来活跃于中国与东南亚之间的媒体与文化交流领域，致力于搭建国际传播平台，推动中国与海外华文社会之间的传播合作与公共交流，同时为跨区域企业家与公众人物提供国际传播与品牌形象塑造咨询。

RunKey Liu is an international communication strategist and Chinese-language media professional currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She serves as President of the Global Review Malaysia All-Media Center and has long been engaged in international communication, overseas Chinese media cooperation and China–Southeast Asia cultural exchange.

She graduated from a military academy in China and served in the armed forces in her early career. After leaving the military, she worked in several public and economic institutions including the Ministry of Labour of China, the Beijing Municipal Economic Commission and international tendering enterprises.

Later she moved to Hong Kong and entered the media industry, gaining experience across traditional print media, television broadcasting, online platforms and integrated new media communication.

For many years she has been actively involved in cross-regional media collaboration and international communication between China and Southeast Asia, focusing on building international communication platforms and promoting cultural exchange within the global Chinese community.

《环球评报》（Global Review）创立于2007年，总部设于中国香港，是面向全球华人社会的综合性华文媒体平台，长期关注国际热点与华人社会发展，致力于以开放、客观的视角评论热点、报道世界。
《环球评报·马来西亚全媒体中心》为《环球评报》在东南亚地区设立的重要传播机构，由新华东方（马来西亚）文化传媒有限公司负责本地运营与国际传播事务。香港总部负责媒体品牌与内容体系建设，马来西亚中心承担区域传播与交流合作职能，形成“香港总部—马来西亚中心—东南亚传播”的媒体布局。
立足马来西亚这一多元文化交汇的区域枢纽，《环球评报·马来西亚全媒体中心》以国际传播视角关注马来西亚社会发展、人文生态与区域合作，通过新闻报道、专题策划、人物访谈以及新媒体传播等多种形式，持续记录和呈现真实、多元、立体的马来西亚。
同时，中心也积极参与海外华文媒体交流、文化合作与商务交流活动，致力于推动中国与马来西亚之间的信息互通、人文交流与合作发展。

Based in Malaysia, connecting China with the global Chinese community through international communication.

Global Review was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Hong Kong, China. It is a comprehensive Chinese-language media platform serving the global Chinese community. Over the years, it has focused on international affairs and the development of Chinese communities worldwide, providing open and objective perspectives on global events and social developments.

Global Review Malaysia All-Media Center is an important regional communication hub established by Global Review in Southeast Asia. It is locally operated by Xinhua Oriental Cultural Media (Malaysia) and is responsible for regional media development and international communication initiatives.

Under this structure, the Hong Kong headquarters oversees media branding and the overall content system, while the Malaysia center focuses on regional communication and exchange cooperation, forming a media network that links the Hong Kong headquarters, the Malaysia center, and the broader Southeast Asian region.

Located in Malaysia, a multicultural crossroads of Southeast Asia, the Global Review Malaysia All-Media Center adopts an international communication perspective to observe and document Malaysia’s social development, cultural landscape, and regional cooperation. Through news reporting, special features, in-depth interviews, and new media platforms, the center continuously presents a vivid, diverse, and authentic Malaysia to audiences in China and around the world.

At the same time, the center actively participates in overseas Chinese media exchanges, cultural cooperation, and business dialogue activities, contributing to the promotion of information exchange, cultural understanding, and cooperative development between China and Malaysia.
