环球评报新闻网贵州讯｜2025年7月29日下午，一行记者走进酒厂，扑面而来的酱香味仿佛打开了时空之门，“酱香海外·侨行贵州”采访团抵达毕节市金沙县，实地走访贵州金沙窖酒酒业有限公司，深入了解赤水河上游酿酒产区的工艺传承与品牌故事。
采访团成员参观了老酒车间、发酵池、蒸馏间等核心区域，亲眼见证“端午制曲、重阳投料、九蒸八晒、七次取酒”的传统工艺，也对“酿一瓶好酒，需经年沉淀”的匠人精神深感敬佩。
在“金沙窖·摘要酒”品牌文化展示区，醒目的“争上游”广告牌与酒水倒映在池水中的画面令人印象深刻。该酒厂位于赤水河上游，是贵州酱香型白酒核心产区之一，近年来通过技艺复兴与品牌年轻化战略，成功打造出具有全国影响力的“摘要”系列高端酱酒。
采访团还参观了“酱酒文化博物馆”，馆内系统展示了中国白酒的发展史、赤水河流域酿酒地理优势、金沙窖酒的酿造流程与历史渊源。图文并茂的展览和实景场景还原，为大家构建出一幅鲜活的“酒都金沙”图景。
本次实地走访不仅加深了媒体对贵州白酒产业结构的理解，也为“白酒+文化+侨媒”这一传播路径提供了真实样本。海外华文媒体人纷纷表示，将在后续报道中讲好贵州酱香酒的故事，让赤水河的酒香飘得更远。

Discovering Jinsha Cellar: Where the Fragrance of Sauce-Aroma Baijiu Rises from the Upper Chishui River
On the afternoon of July 29, 2025, the “Fragrance Overseas · Overseas Chinese Media Tour in Guizhou” delegation visited Jinsha Cellar Baijiu Co., Ltd. in Bijie City’s Jinsha County, a key site in the upper reaches of the Chishui River—a core production area for sauce-aroma baijiu.
Journalists toured the traditional distillery and witnessed time-honored techniques like “making qu in Dragon Boat Festival, adding grain in Double Ninth Festival, nine steamings and eight sun-dryings, and seven extractions of liquor.” The rich aroma of aged baijiu and the dedication behind each bottle left a deep impression on the delegation.
At the brand exhibition hall for the “Jinsha Cellar · Zhaiyao” series, striking visuals like the “Strive Upstream” billboard and its reflection in the still water conveyed both legacy and ambition. The company has successfully rejuvenated traditional craftsmanship while appealing to younger markets, making “Zhaiyao” a recognized high-end baijiu brand nationwide.
The delegation also explored the Jinsha Baijiu Culture Museum, where immersive exhibits illustrated the history of Chinese baijiu, the geographical advantages of the Chishui River region, and the unique brewing philosophy of Jinsha Cellar.
This visit provided overseas Chinese media with a deeper understanding of Guizhou’s baijiu industry and offered a vivid example of how “Baijiu + Culture + Overseas Communication” can tell a compelling Chinese story on the world stage.
