本次年会由海外华文媒体合作组织（OCMCO）和大公文汇传媒集团共同主办，将于8月26日正式开幕。大会将聚焦三大主题：跨文化传播的挑战与策略、全球媒体创新的机遇，以及如何以更鲜活的方式向世界讲好中国故事。
从8月26日至30日，代表们将走进长沙、岳阳、张家界等地，参访创新产业园区、文化地标和历史遗迹。在厚重的历史积淀与澎湃的现代脉动中，感受湖南的独特魅力与无限活力。
这是近年来湖南规模最大、规格最高的一次国际华文媒体访问活动，也是一场展示湖南走向世界的生动实践。
今晚的欢迎晚宴隆重而热烈。久别重逢的老友们再次相聚，畅叙友情，交流收获，分享作为媒体人的责任与使命。现场洋溢着温暖的情谊，也碰撞出思想的火花。

Media Gathering Opens in Changsha
Today, 84 representatives from Chinese-language media across 37 countries and regions gathered in Changsha. The 15th Annual Meeting of the Organization of Chinese-language Media Cooperation (OCMCO) marks not only a reunion across mountains and seas but also a fresh starting point for working together toward the future.
Jointly organized by OCMCO and Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group, the conference will officially open on August 26. It will focus on three major themes: the challenges and strategies of cross-cultural communication, opportunities for global media innovation, and new approaches to telling China’s stories to the world in a more vivid and engaging way.
From August 26 to 30, delegates will visit Changsha, Yueyang, and Zhangjiajie, exploring innovation parks, cultural landmarks, and historic sites. In doing so, they will experience the unique charm and vitality of Hunan—where profound history meets modern dynamism.
This is the largest and highest-level international Chinese-language media visit to Hunan in recent years, and it represents a vivid example of the province’s growing presence on the world stage.
Tonight’s welcome banquet was warm and festive. Longtime friends reunited, sharing stories, experiences, and reflections on the responsibilities and missions of the media. The evening was filled with warmth, camaraderie, and the spark of ideas.
