环球评报新闻网讯 | 来自全球37个国家和地区的84家华文媒体代表于2025年8月27日走进长沙望城大泽湖海归小镇。本次活动由海外华文媒体合作组织（OCMCO）和大公文汇传媒集团共同主办。
大泽湖海归小镇是全国首个揭牌运营的海归小镇，也是中部唯一的“湘商总部基地”。小镇坚持以科技创新为核心动力，以智能制造为主导特色，构建“331”现代产业体系：三大战略新兴产业（生命健康、新一代信息技术、新材料），三大未来产业（未来健康、未来信息、未来材料），以及一大新兴服务业。
湖南海创招商运营有限公司招商总监罗泽宇介绍，这里的核心优势体现在三点：
1. 身份叠加 —— 海归小镇与湘商总部基地双重定位，政策与资源兼备；
2. 生态稀缺 —— 湘江岸线、月亮岛与大泽湖湿地公园，构建城央生态科创绿洲；
3. 政策与资本 —— “长沙最好、中部最优”的政策叠加海归科创母基金，全程助力企业成长。
截至2025年上半年，小镇已引进75个项目，涵盖智能制造、量子科技、人工智能、总部经济等领域。代表案例包括：
• 科微量子：原子钟模组研发，订单突破千万；
• 眸瑞空间智能科技：三维建模底层技术，赋能制造业数字化；
• 深圳星辰通用机器人：研发具身与轮式机器人，补强智能制造链条。
这些企业与望城“331”产业高度契合，初步形成“海归人才—研发中试—产业应用”的良性生态。大泽湖海归小镇正以赛道聚焦、政策先行、资本叠加为优势，把“海归动能”转化为“产业增量”，成为中部地区最具活力的科创新城。

Da Ze Lake Returnee Town: A Rising Innovation Oasis in Central China
Today, 84 representatives of Chinese-language media from 37 countries and regions visited Da Ze Lake Returnee Town in Wangcheng, Changsha. The event was co-hosted by the Overseas Chinese Media Cooperation Organization (OCMCO) and Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group.
Da Ze Lake is the first officially launched returnee town in China and the only “Hunan Chamber of Commerce Headquarters Base” in Central China. Guided by innovation, it focuses on intelligent manufacturing and has built the “331” industrial system: three strategic emerging industries (life & health, next-generation IT, new materials), three future industries (future health, future information, future materials), and one emerging service sector.
According to Luo Zeyu, Investment Director of Hunan Haichuang, the town’s advantages lie in:
1. Dual identity — both a national returnee town and the Chamber’s HQ base, combining policy and resources;
2. Rare ecology — riverside and wetland resources form a central innovation oasis;
3. Policy & capital — the best policy package in Central China plus a dedicated innovation fund to support enterprises across their lifecycle.
By mid-2025, the town had attracted 75 projects, covering intelligent manufacturing, quantum technology, AI, and HQ economy. Representative cases include:
• Kewei Quantum: atomic clock module R&D with million-level orders;
• Mourui Space Intelligence: breakthroughs in 3D modeling for digital manufacturing;
• Shenzhen Star Robotics: embodied and wheeled robots enhancing the supply chain.
These projects align with the “331” framework and have shaped a cycle of talent–R&D–application. With focused sectors, enabling policies, and capital synergy, Da Ze Lake is turning “returnee momentum” into “industrial growth,” becoming a vibrant hub for science and innovation in Central China.
